Dr. Kelli Pearson is a published author and community advocate that helps people engage in "Conversations That Connect". Her goal is not to change mindsets but to understand mindsets. She will be helping participants gain practical skills for communicating with candor and civility through one-on-one and group conversations while learning how to turn difficult conversations into opportunities for deeper connections.

As the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Individual and Organizational Change (IFIOC), Casey has had the privilege of training over 4,000 organizations and 20,000 people world-wide on the art and science of effective communication.
